Only Qui Gon is a bit slower and more experienced than Luke.
It would be similar to Luke (ROTJ) vs Vader. But Qui Gon would try to outmaneuver Vader and counter. Vader would press Qui Gon in the fight and put him on the defensive imo. The way he fights, gives him a great defense and a decent offensive but nothing amazing imo. Qui Gon has the slight speed edge over Maul. So against Vader, Qui Gon would hold his own and longer imo. Still Qui Gon held his own against Maul for a decent time twice. Qui Gon struggled against Maul for three big reasons: (1) Maul's speed, Maul's brute force (2), and Maul's relentless nature (3). Qui Gon is a great duelist and Vader is slower than Maul. As long as Vader doesn't just decide to destroy him with the force from the get-go. 2003 Grievous vs Vader would be amazing but Vader would break and demolish him in the end.
Grievous at least has the speed edge and more skill than Ren. Vader would demolish Grievous but he would put up a better fight than Ren. Vader would run through Ren and smash him in seconds. Then Yoda would finish Vader with a powerful force attack. A brief and epic force battle would ensue. Then Vader would choke Yoda, but Yoda would use his stronger force abilities to free himself. Then Vader would incorporate his strong force moves and push Yoda aside. Vader could get slashed a couple of times then power through and keep trying. Yoda would dodge Vader's attacks with ease and start cutting him within the first 30 seconds. A prime Yoda or Prequel Yoda demolishes Vader (at least in the duel).
